The Aiken Service Unit services the city of Aiken as well as the surrounding communities, including Beech Island, Gloverville, Graniteville, Langley, Montmorenci, New Ellenton, Salley, Wagner, Warrenville, and Windsor.

The Aiken Service Unit holds it's monthly meeting for Troop Leaders on the 1st Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at St. John's United Methodist Church on Richland Avenue in Aiken.

Monthly Service Unit Team Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Aiken Girl Scout Hut at 326 Dupree Place.
